An umbrella company has two functions:

Once you have signed up we will need a few documents for compliance and legal purposes. We will require copies of photographic identification, proof of address, and your P45. We will contact your agency directly to request a copy of your contract.
You will be assigned a personal Relationship Manager to assist you with anything at anytime. Your Relationship Manager will take care of the everything to include sending out necessary contracts to agencies / clients during the course of your employment.
From then on in, all you have to do is upload your timesheets to the mailbox.
We make deductions for income tax, NIC, and our administration fee and we process your payment the same day the agency releases the funds.
You'll get a text message from your Relationship Manager to let you know you have been paid.
